The following terms and conditions are intended to define the basic stipulations regarding the rights and obligations of the services.

• Pindle: location-based photo sharing service
• Affiliate: person/organization providing content
• Content: information, images, files, design, software, code
• User: people utilizing the services

Agreement & Modifications

Users must agree to terms before using services. The company may modify terms with 10 days' notice (30 days for significant changes). Continued use implies acceptance.

Personal Information

The company collects minimum necessary personal data and applies applicable protection laws. Users consent to collection per the Privacy Policy.

Service Notifications

The company notifies users via email, phone, or alternative methods. If individual notice isn't feasible, postings on the app/website substitute (7 days minimum, 30 days for critical notifications).

Services Provided

The service displays and shares user content on GPS-based maps. Service is free currently, though future fees may apply.

Service Limitations & Termination

The company may temporarily suspend, modify, or permanently terminate services for maintenance, failures, or operational needs. Users receive advance notice when possible, except emergencies.

Affiliate Content

Partners/affiliates provide content directly. The company operates as a medium only; affiliates retain responsibility for their content and services.

Minor Protection

Minors require parental/legal guardian consent. Representatives must supervise use and assume all associated risks.

Prohibited User Actions

Users cannot:

• Disrupt services
• Infringe rights
• Use unfairly
• Provide monetary benefits illegally
• Transfer access rights
• Steal information
• Distribute malware
• Evade protections
• Violate guidelines

Intellectual Property

All IP rights belong to the company. Users receive limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable usage rights only. No copying, distribution, commercial use, or third-party sharing permitted without written consent.

Disclaimer

The company doesn't guarantee constant availability, error-free content, performance standards, or security. It's not liable for indirect losses, business interruption, data loss, or third-party content.

Advertisements

Services may include ads. User interactions with advertisers are independent; the company assumes no responsibility.

Governing Law

Korean law applies. Disputes proceed through relevant jurisdiction courts.

Purpose

These terms govern location-based services provided by Pindle, defining rights and obligations between the company, customers, and location-based service providers under Korea's Location Information Act.

Location Data Collection Methods

The company collects location information directly or obtains it from providers using GPS modules, Wi-Fi/Cell ID network-based methods, or beacon signal detection.

Service Application & Approval

Customers can use services by accepting terms. The company may deny applications for false information, missing details, public order violations, or unmet requirements.

Location Information Protection

The company protects customer location data per applicable laws and provides it to third parties only with consent. Location information collection/use/provision records are retained for 12 months. Personal location data is destroyed upon purpose completion.

Children Under 14

Collection from minors requires user and legal representative consent. Guardians may consent to location collection solely to protect children under 8.

Customer Rights

Customers may withdraw location consent, request temporary suspension, or request data viewing/correction.

Compensation & Dispute Resolution

Violating parties must compensate damages. Disputes proceed through consultation. If unresolved, customers may apply to the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee. Location information serves only Pindle's internal location-based services.
