Pindle Gems Terms & Conditions

Overview

Pindle Co., Ltd. operates a proprietary points system called Pindle Gems. The purpose of Pindle Gems is to create community engagement by permitting users to collect points and redeem with merchandise, transfer to other users and/or donate to NGO partners. Gems hold no monetary value.

System Control

The company reserves the right to suspend, modify or terminate the Pindle Gems system at its discretion with or without notice.

Earning & Transferring

Users accumulate Gems through platform activities and can transfer them in units of 10, 50 or 100 to other users or NGO partners. All transfers are final upon completion and cannot be refunded or modified in any way.

Redemption

Items may be exchanged through the Gem Store. All transactions are final upon completion and refunds will not be permitted. Delivery timeframes aren't guaranteed, and customs duties fall to the recipient.

Non-Monetary Status

Gems do not represent any cash value and are not redeemable for cash, transferable or assignable in any way outside the platform.

Expiration & Management

Unused Gems expire after 24 months of account inactivity. Users must report credit discrepancies within seven days.
