Ruellia repens

Ruellia repens is a very common creeping weed of lawns. The leaves are oppositely arranged, and more or less elliptic in shape (though variable at times). The light pink or lavender flowers look slightly crumbled and have a tubuler corolla. The lower petal has two raised white bars with pink outlines.
