Balai Pandesal

As a corporate girlie, I have little to no time cooking breakfast at home. Balai Pandesal has been my go-to breakfast bakeshop near my office. The bread is baked to perfect its soft and fluffy texture along with the sweet aroma of freshly baked goodies. It's one of the best in town. A lot of people flock the shop early in the morning before work hours even on rainy days. When you step inside, everything just smells so good. In the shop that I go to, small pandesals cost five pesos while the bigger ones cost nine pesos. They also have other goodies like coffee buns, cinnamon swirls, and fruit drinks.
