BEST PLACEBRAHMESWARA TEMPLE
📍Bhubaneswar
Built towards the end of the ninth century CE, the intricately carved Brahmeswara Temple is a Hindu shrine to Shiva that can be seen in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. By using inscriptions that were originally on the temple, it is possible to reasonably date this Hindu temple. Though they are no longer there, the knowledge from around 1058 CE is preserved in recordings of them. Kolavati Devi, the mother of Somavamsi monarch Udyotakesari, began construction of the temple in his 18th year of rule (1058 CE).
