Rissole pastry (Risol / risoles)

Rissole has local Indonesia name as risol or risoles. Rissole is a fried pastry filled with beef or chicken, eggs, mayonnaise sauce, or chopped vegetables. This dish is originated from France and became the main daily menu. But then Dutch people also like it. During the Portuguese and Dutch colonial period in Indonesia, the Dutch brought this dish to Indonesia and finally the Indonesian people made this dish and become favorite dish.
