Indian Peafowl

This is such a beautiful bird. The appearance of this bird should be a reminder to us that beauty comes in different shades, shapes, and sizes. We just have to open our eyes, heart, and mind to see everyone else's beauty regardless of the shade, shape, and size we are used to. This peafowl is already beautiful in this photo but it looks even more beautiful when its tail is wide open. Do you know why it opens its tail? Based on scientific claims, peacocks open their tails to communicate and connect to other peacocks and nature. Reflecting on this, it is a reminder that our looks should not be the only thing that is beautiful but more importantly,there should be beauty in how we carry ourselves; our way to communicate and connect with others in this world.
