Emporium

Source The Emporium is a store located on Main Street, U.S.A. in Disneyland, Magic Kingdom, Hong Kong Disneyland, and Disneyland Park (Paris). It is also found at the World Bazaar in Tokyo Disneyland as the Grand Emporium. The store is the largest in the parks. Themed as early 20th century department stores, one of their most famous features are the changing window displays of dioramas based on animated Disney films. Magic Kingdom The Magic Kingdom's Emporium has undergone major expansion throughout its history until encompassing the vast majority of the Western side of Main Street. The first of these expansions was in 1984, taking over the Greenhouse Flower Shop. In 2001, the western side of Center Street was filled in, connecting the Emporium to the shops further up the street, resulting in the replacement of the Hallmark Card Shop/Disney Clothiers and New Century Clock Shop and the relocation of the Harmony Barber Shop. The post-2001 backstory of the Emporium has it owned by Summer Magic character Osh Popham, with the store's expansion being incorporated into the backstory as the result of the store's increased prosperity.
