EZO GELİN ÇORBASI

#guidebook Ezogelin çorbası, Türk mutfağına has; domates, pirinç ve kırmızı mercimek ile yapılan bir çorba. Adı, Barak Türkmenlerinden Gaziantep'in Oğuzeli ilçesine bağlı Uruş köyünden Ezo Gelin'in adından gelir. Ezogelin soup is unique to Turkish cuisine; A soup made with tomatoes, rice and red lentils. Its name comes from the name of Ezo Gelin, one of the Barak Turkmen, from the Urus village of Gaziantep's Oğuzeli district.
