"God isn't everywhere that's why we sell Gods" said the bengali artisan arrogantly when i asked him about "why is he not prefering stable job in city ?" His further point was of him being an illiterate and this is what he only knows and generations before him knew. I asked him that if he was born in a family of rich officers how he would have saw this work he said "because of my bias i would have still be fascinated by it but it would be only restricted to a visit of an hour trying to appreciate look into it very deeply and buying the most beautiful Sculpture but i would have forgotten it by the next week and i would have never got the true essence of learning and feeling each Sculpture in this Deep". Those words of passion from his mouth gave me more reasons to respect his art and made me realised that even to the basic things to complexities in an art and admirer can only identify it but it's only an artist who can truly get lost in it. Further making me realise that his words weren't of arrogance but confidence and pride in his art
