One fact; you might not have known. Did you know lord Jagannath changes his body ( made out of wood) in every 12 years - ritual know as Nabakalebar. 👉The surprising fact is, there is a “thing”which gets transferred from the old body to the new body made out of neem tree. You know that thing is nothing but the heart of lord Krishan. After the death of lord Krishana at Dwaraka, as per ritual his body was burned but his heart did not burn. So that was thrown in the sea ( of course with an ritual ), that float away and reached puri, then queen(Gundicha) has already build all the wooded deities ( as per the instructions of god). To give life to the wooden structure this heart is placed inside the wooden idol. From then onward the same thing known as BRAHAMA, changes from one body to other as the life of lord Jagannath.
