Good morning from my village
📍Karangasem
Its a beautiful morning to walk ekplore my village. Timbrah Village was known as Timah Sari. It is believed that Timbrah Village has existed since the saka year of 1118. When Mount Agung erupted in 1863, this area was severely attacked by hot lava and cold lava. From this event the name of the village was changed into Fatimah Village which derived from the words Fati and Embah or death caused by lava flood from the great mountain eruption. The villagers agreed to leave or move the location of the village to the east. The name of the village was also changed into Timbra Embah. The name was taken from the words Timbra and Embah. Timbra means lava and embah means flood. This time the Village is widely known as Timbrah.
