Koka Beach

It‘s not so easy to get to this beach, but it was worth it! Koka beach is a bit rough to get to and the area is quite simple but the beach itself is amazing. Powdery soft white sand, impressive jungle hillsides that look a bit like a cross between Nusa Penida and Ora Beach in the Malluku's on a slightly less grand scale. This is one stop on a trans-Flores itinerary that is well worth making! Climb up the hill between the two beaches for amazing views. The beach has the potential to be one of the best beaches in Indonesia. The view was breathtaking and the water is very clean! The beach is divided into two parts; on one part the sands are quite dirty, partly due to the trash that the visitors have left there, however on the other one both the water and the sands are clean and crazily great scenery. The government and local people need to take initiative to clean the beach regularly.
