Sakura Framing of Mt Fuji at Tanuki Lake

Tanuki lake is located in Fujinomiya Shizuoka Prefecture. Here is one of spots to take a Mt Fuji with sakura framing. To get here we can go from JR Fujinomiya Station, take Fujikyu Shizuoka bus bound for Kyukamura Fuji. Ride for 45 minutes and get off at the bus stop Tanukiko-kyanpujo followed by a 5-min walk. In front of great view of Mt. Fuji, we can also enjoy barbecue for a day trip and camping at lodge, enjoy fishing, going boating on the lake and cycling on 3.3km of the cycling promenade. Admission is free except if you planning to do camp or fishing. Near Tanuki-lake, we can fully enjoy great nature at Tokai-nature trail, Asagiri highlands and Shiraito falls.
