Satta Pass Japan


Known as one of the most precipitous points as well as Hakone in the east and Oi River in the west. Tomei Expressway runs in the tunnel under Satta Pass today, and JR Tokai Line and Route1 pass by the mountain. From the mountain, you can overlook Mt. Fuji which still remains the same as in the old days. By Taxi or by Car from Okitsu JR station, it takes around 10 minutes to the parking lot, from which you walk for 10 minutes to the viewing platform. It is also a 10 minutes ride from Yui JR station to the same spot.
