Team work

This is how Panjat Pinang works. It is not an individual competition. In needs strategy, strength, trust, all about the team work. They have to decide who will be at the base position, middle one and the one who climbs and reach the top. Everyone has the same goal. To get the prize, and share it to all the team members. The strongest and bulkiest one usually is placed at the bottom, while others climb through him, and the lightest one will be the one climbs the latest, with the responsibility to grab the paper with the prizes written on it, at the top of the pole. Easy? Absolutely not. Added to it, the slippery bamboo pole, makes these guys slide down many times. People cheer them up. Clap their hands. No matter whichh team is on, everyone support them.
