Little did I know, that this place will leave me with such amazing memories. Hingolgadh is a small village near Jasdan, around 1.5 hours drive from Rajkot city. The lush green fields and biodiversity during monsoons is just one of a kind. You find varieties of cactii, medicinal plants, and fauna like tailor birds, dung beetles, peacocks, deers, snakes (they have a snake show too!)... However, all it requires is to be observant! You'll also find a lot of these in and around the castle. The campsite is decent enough for a nights stay. Trekking is enjoyable with mountains in the surrounding. If you are proactive, catch the sunrise :)
