Vada pav is one of the India's favourite Street foods. It is like the staple food of Maharashtra. It is super delicious as well as fulfilling. Vada are potato patties made out of mashed potatoes mixed with finely chopped onion, green chillies, coriander, and spices that are dipped in chickpea batter just before frying. After frying, these vadas are sandwiched between square shaped puffed bread layer with green chutney and masala.
