🔸Incredients
1 packet maggi
1 cup elbow pasta
1 capsicum, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 small carrot, chopped
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp schezwan sauce
to taste Salt
to taste Red chilli
2 cups water or as required
2 tsp oil
as required Chopped cilantro for garnishing.
Steps
1. In a vessel, keep the elbow pasta to boil for 5-7 mins.
2. Now in a pan, put some oil, add ginger garlic paste, then add chopped onions and the rest of the veggies. Saute for a minute or two.
Add salt, maggi masala, red chilli powder and schezwan sauce.
3. Add water and maggi noodles. Let it come to a boil and then simmer it.
4. Add the boiled pasta too. As when the water dries up, it's ready to be served.
