Kick-starting his term as Mayor - elect, Nonoy Kap Adrian Salceda led the initiative, Serbisyong Bayan which intended to provide his constituents with free services such as medical consultation, dental care, free medicines, PhilHealth, organic farming, school supplies, haircut, nail care, massage and ukay.
