Visitors who want to enter the underground square must register online through tiketwisata.surabaya.go.id. Although it is mandatory to register, visitors are free of charge. For tourists who do not get tickets to the Surabaya underground square, there is no need to be discouraged. The reason is, there are many other activities in Surabaya Square that can be done. To note, the opening hours of the Surabaya Square are from 09.00 WIB to 20.00 WIB. There are various activities in Surabaya Square both in the underground and outside areas that visitors can do.
