▶Kollam Beach, also known as Mahatma Gandhi Beach, is a beach in Kollam city in the Indian state of Kerala. ▶Kollam Beach is the first 'Beach Wedding Destination' in Kerala. ▶This beach is nice. It is usually very crowded. Flying kites is the main activity here. There are a lot of kites available. It's fun here. ▶Nice place to enjoy the sunset too. ▶I prefer visiting this beach after around 4.30 in the evening. ▶There are few vendors. Icecreams, juices, and some snacks are available. ▶It is risky to go too deep into the sea, so there are guards at the beach. ▶The beach needs to be a little cleaner though. ▶Overall, it is good.
