Rumah Gadang (Big House) is a Minangkabau traditional house. Minangkabau is one of many Indonesian ethnic groups. They are native to West Sumatera. Rumah Gadang made of wood with many colorful carving ornaments. Its roof is made of palm fiber. Rumah Gadang is a communal house and built without nails.
