Cukur cesma

Čukur česma - na česmi je bronzana statua Save Petkovića u spomen incidenta od strane turskih nizama koji se na tom mestu odigrao 3/15.juna 1862. Zvaničan naziv skulpture je 'Dečak sa razbijenom krčagom'. Spomen česma je podignuta 1931.godine. Događaj na Čukur česmi se desio bezazleno, izgovorenim rečima dečaku šegrtu: ''Savo, ajde trk, donesi vodu sa Čukur česme''. Jedan turski vojnik je oteo Savi testiju iz ruku i dečak je počeo da se brani, to je razbesnilo turčina pa ga je ubio bajonetom, po jednoj verziji, a po drugoj ga je udario testijom i Sava pade okrvavljen pored česme. . . .
