Symphony of pasta

Making pasta is art. My mother teach me to make it while I was little girl. This pasta is typical for one part of Croatia, Istria, its called Fuži. Recipe for pasta: 100g of flour type 550 1egg Beat the egg and put it in the flour, knead with your hands until you get a compact dough. Leave to rest for 20-30 minutes. Roll out on a floured surface, cut squares, and roll on a stick (from one corner to the other). After all, this is a pasta base that you can use for all other types of pasta. Good apetite! 😊
