Carnival, also known as Viva Carnival, is celebrated during Feb or March before the onset of lent. Goa is the only state that celebrates Carnival in India. It is a parade of colourful dance and music performances and Goan culture. The parade of happiness and joy, also never fails to spread awareness for social cause through their performances.
