One of the reason I love Team Sports especially Ultimate Frisbee is that it’s made up of wonderful community all around and it’s unique traits “Spirit of the Game”, till these days things I have learnt through this sports applied in daily life as well as career build up. Our team always consists of people of different races and background people, yet great chemistries were build throughout games and trainings. We are all united as one through the team spirit and it is a beautiful reflection of unity among colourful people in Malaysia. No matter rain or shine, there will be always things that bring us all together. This is what made Malaysia so beautiful, the people 🇲🇾
Ultimate Frisbee is a team sport which mixes elements of football, basketball and rugby, substituting the ball with a flying disc (Frisbee) 🥏 and self-refereed with spirit of the game. This sport game was invented and popularized in high schools and universities in the United States in the '60s, Ultimate came to Europe in the early '80s and now it has became popular all over the world. It is a fast moving, non-contact team sport, similar in many respects to other invasion games. Players need to possess a degree of speed, stamina and agility to play to a good level.

The culture of Malaysia draws on the varied cultures of the different people of Malaysia. The first people to live in the area were indigenous tribes that still remain; they were followed by the Malays, who moved there from mainland Asia in ancient times. Chinese and Indian cultural influences made their mark when trade began with those countries, and increased with immigration to Malaysia. The many different ethnicities that currently exist in Malaysia have their own unique and distinctive cultural identities, with some crossover.
Popular sports in Malaysia include badminton, bowling, football, squash, and field hockey. Malaysia has small-scale traditional sports. Malaysia's coastline is popular for scuba diving, sailing, and other water sports and activities. Whitewater rafting and trekking are also often done. While Ultimate Frisbee is a relatively new sports that brought to Malaysia over 20 years ago and has gained it’s popularity among a close knitted community, made up of multo-race and different cultural people. Team sports is always one common thing Malaysian shares that helps to enhance greater bonding across a multi-racial and cultural nation.
