Baati Chokha

I have tried Baati Chokha during my recent visit to Varanasi, instead of trying that in a restaurant I tried this in Sarnath and Near Collectry Farm. This dish is inspired from Bihar's Litti Chokha. this dish is very unique and tasty. The stuffed wheat dough balls roasted over charcoal and then served with mashed potato and ghee over it (along with onion). You know what and this was just for rs. 20/- #TravelIndia
