Polish Easter breakfast

Traditional Polish Easter breakfast must have eggs. Lots and lots of eggs. Usually hard boiled, but served in many different variations, plain ones, stuffed, covered with mayonnaise or other sauces. There are nationwide disputes about the best kind of mayo, people have old family recipes for stuffings (most traditional are made of ham, or salmon, or mushrooms). Ham and white sausage are also commonly served, usually paired with multi-vegetable salad known otherwise as "Russian salad" or "Olivier salad".
After the breakfast it's time for something sweet, usually cheesecake, babka cake (kind of a bundt cake or pound cake), poppy seed roll and mazurek (very sweet flat shortcake covered with a layer of icing).
