Durga Puja 🙏

The first recorded Durga Puja in Bengal was organized by the zamindar family of the Sabarna Roy Choudhury clan in 1610 in Barisha, near Kolkata. Over time, more affluent families and aristocrats started hosting Durga Puja to showcase their wealth and social standing.
